Embroidered Formalwear, Blazers, Jackets, and Accessories

1. Decide the color and style you want. If you have any questions, please call us. Expert help is as close as your telephone and the call is free.
2. We will mail or FAX a diagram for you to fill in. We verify size, style, spelling for embroidery and any other details that may be needed to customize your blazers, jackets and cummerbunds.
3. It is very important to have proper sizing when ordering. Please take time to have your measurements done very carefully so that you get a proper fit. Don't guess! The order form will ask for your phone number, both at home and at work. If we have any questions, we will call you to clarify.
4. If you are ordering for more than one person, please fill out a separate order form for each person so that we can properly size them.
5. Our exchange and return policy is very liberal. We will cheerfully exchange merchandise or refund your money on any merchandise returned, provided it has not been used, abused or altered, or had tickets removed. Embroidered items are non-returnable, with the exception, of course, of an error on our part. If you need to exchange for a better fit, please call us for assistance.
